These compact versions are, ideal for exercises like L-sits, regular or handstand push-ups, parallettes are a staple for body weight training and all versions of calisthenics. The thick and comfortable 38mm wooden grips are bolted into the steel base, made of black powder coated steel. The untreated wood bar is ideal for secure grip, with or without chalk, plus they come with rubber feet for safe placement on the majority of gym flooring.ed.

This series of parallettes comes in different sizes. We created these versions, to match different needs. We offer the large version with the biggest height, perfect for beginners and HSPU. Both, medium and large, have a 50cm long bar, giving space for dynamic hand placements. Size small is the most compact parallette of the three, ideal if you want to take your parallettes to different training spaces.
