At Strength Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your equipment isn't the right fit for your training, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resaleable condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return label and attach it to the outside of your box, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
